JDM engines able to pass emissions test?
I know this has been discussed before but i want to know for sure. Anyways, i was wondering if a jdm sir2 b16 would pass emissions in washington? if it doesnt, is there any way you could make it pass? anyone with a experience? thanks. any replies will be greatly appreciated

hey i dont know but i live a little north of you (about 10 miles) and i'm going to be in the same boat as you next year though.my mechanic is going to hook it up to his emission testing equiptment first so i know what i need to do before i take it through the real test that way i will pass

i think it would pass..i have a jdm b16a that pass emissions with flying colors..but i live in wisconsin though..small town..you should just try it then go from there..hth
