Default JDM B16B into a 2000 DX Sedan. Wiring Confusion

Hello all. I am putting a B16B into 2000 Civic DX and it seems that the shock tower harness is different and I may have to re-pin? Also, where the ECU plugs in there is one extra gray connector with I am unsure of where it goes. Photos to follow.

I need this car running ASAP, so any help will be greatly appreciated!

0the b16b ecu is more than likely obd2a , your car is obd2b . Can you snap a picture of the ecu you are using, and all your ecu plugs.

you might need a step down harness or swap to obd1 ecu ( with a chipe or tune ) .

shock tower harness , dont think you need to swap this out.

are you trying to use the b16b harness

Alright. I am using a stock B16B ECU ( PCT if I remember correctly ).
I am also using the stock engine harness as well.

how does the back of your ecu look:

being a 2000 DX ( these came with the d16y7 in US correct ) . you will have the bottom picture ( obd2b ) , and most 99 00 jdm ecus are obd2a ( atleast was like this with my itr p73 and PCT ecu that were from 99 and 00 motors )
