search.... you need a 96-98 engine harness.... your 99-00 chassis uses a different wiring plan than the 96-98 which shares the same wiring plan as the integras which is where your computer came from ;-)

Sounds like you picked up an OBD2a ecu. You need to get the correct ecu or a chipped one with the correct maps for the B20 anyway. Why not get a chipped obd1 ecu with a jumper harness and the correct maps so you can do it right.
Also, just reuse your stock harness that is in the car. You can't reuse the harness from an Integra as suggested b/c it plugs in at the shock towers where yours goes to the ecu directly.
Just get a obd2b to obd1 jumper harness and a chipped obd1 ecu and you will be good to go.

Just get a chipped one man. It will save headache. The maps between the ls and crv motor are different. There is a .2 liter difference in displacement.

Yes you will be able to have an obd1 P75 socketed, and then have a basemap chip written for the b20b. The chip can then be inserted into the socketed obd1 P75 and you should be good to go. The only thing you would need then is an OBD2B (99-2000 civic) to OBD1 conversion harness to plug the P75 into your car. You can go to Pherable.net for more info on it, and you can send in your ecu to have it done for you. Or you could search around some more to find other place to do it.
