Default jdm b16a on a 96 hatch throwing a code9

i recently swapped my 96 civic hatch.
i had a obd1 single cam vtec in there with a obd1 p28 ecu that had a jumper.
then i got a jdm b16a with a p30.
swapped in the motor and tried starting it and didnt start. found out that the dizzy was bad. so i purchased a obd2a type R dizzy from a friend and the car started up fine.
but, its throwing a code 9, cyp i believe.

i got opinions from different car shops.

one shop said to change my ECU to a P2t which should be the em1 ecu and get a new jumper. thenn, change my oil pump to an obd2 oil pump and get a crank sensor.

another source told me that its the dizzy looking for the code9 and is making my car sputter and misfire which i can feel when i drive it.

anyone know how to fix this problem?
