JDM B16 ECU???
Well I got my motor in (JDM OBD2 B16) and we were hanging out around the house last night being bored. so we decide to switch ECU's with my friends 99-00 Si and holy Crap it made a huge difference! showing us once again how much our cars suck compaired to the land of the rising sun. but anyways I was wondering what this would do if I put it in my CX hatchcrap? not really looking to gain anything out of it just wondering? will it hurt it? I still need the car for another week till we can swap her

it will do nothing more then run like crap.
first DX/CX will uses a 3 wire IAC, lack of vtec, knock sensor and few other changes, mean that you'll have a CEL and fuel maps/ignition that don't correspond to anything but a motor in limp conditions. you can definatly try it out.
