JDM Automatic GSR
I was wondering in here knows a lot about JDM Integra GSRs. If so, have anyone heard of an automatic GSR? because I my friend has that engine, and he tells me that it is from Japan and it comes with an automatic transmission. I never heard of such thing, but then I don't know that much about Jspec engines. Can anyone tell me more about this engine? and is it any good? My friend has it for sell if anyone wants to get their hands on it. It's basically a complete swap. thanks!
You guys are more than welcome to PM me or leave a response back here...I am very eager to learn more about this.

yes it does come in with auto trannies in JDM land and asia.
rated 10ps lower then the 5spd version due to slightly less aggressive cams, ECU and valve train to handle lower revs.
180ps rating = 5spd
170ps rating = auto
JDM auto OBDI P72 ecu unfortuanetly cannot be reprogrammed to be used as 5spd. but then again it doesn't matter if you're keeping it all auto.

Yup, that's right.... we tried it to an auto P72 that we had. Worked out for us since some kid was looking for one for his US car (using a B18C longblock in his auto LS car).
