auto JDM GSR??
does anyone know for sure if auto JDM motors got less aggressive cams??? specificially the JDM GSR?
im pretty sure the auto b16s did but what about the GSR's?

I've heard Most times the automatic version of a car has a slightly more agressive cam to try to make up for the losses the auto tranny have.
I've seen people put a cam from a auto version of their car and claim it made a diff. Never experienced this 1st hand.

B16 auto cams are way less agressive then the manual cams. I don't have the specs but visually it's very apparent that the auto got less agressive cams.
I've also heard that the auto cars only redlined at ~7200 so there was no need for a more aggressive cam.
