intake problems??????

Default intake problems??????

which intake should i use with a hybrid?? i got a b18c5 in a EG and the aem pipe made for the EG dont seem to be all that big in diameter. Did anyone do a dyno run with this? would i be losing any power? or is it just nothing major that i dont have to worry about. thanks guys

use the aem intake made for the ITR

Hey I had the same problem as you, well, sort of...

...the Skunk2 intake manifold on my B18C1 raised my throttle body to the same height as your Type R's, I was told that the DOHC VTEC Del Sol or 99-00 Civic Si AEM CAI fits best. If you have a strut bar, the Si CAI MAY rub a little, but I plan on getting the Si CAI anyways (Del Sol - 2.5'' Si - 2.75'' Type R - 3"). Wider piping. Hope this helps some.

i just picked up one thats for a civic si 92-95 and the piping is a little smaller in diameter than the tb but it fits really good on the chassis so im cool with it thanks. BTW the 99 SI one has extra holes for the sensor if you dont mind that sticking out there...
