AEM Cold Air Intake for the Type R. It's 3 inches in diameter.

The ITR intake piping is 3" rather then 2.5" bigger = better

The AEM Intake piping for the Type R Integra is 3" which is larger than the AEM Intake Piping for the Si which is 2.5". It should increase you're performance but I don't know. AEM tests a lot of different size piping for optimal hp so the 2.5" piping for the Si may be ideal for your Si instead of the Type R intake.

Actually the correct diameter for a B16 is 2.75. The 2.5 is for the sohc motors and the 3" is for the Type R and Prelude.

If your running the stock SI intake manifold and TB I wouldn't worry about the Type R AEM intake. The 2.75 intake was made to work with the SI engine that's why AEM made it 2.75 instead of 3.0. I don't think you will see any power increase with a intake larger than the TB unless you plan to upgrade later.
