Default INTAKE MANIFOLD swap from 2000 DX to 96-00 EX???

I'm wondering if there are any power benefits in doing this? From what I heard, is that the EX intake manifold can HELP produce more power than with the DX intake manifold.

Which parts do I need besides the EX intake manifold itself to complete this swap?
(Fuel rail? Injectors? Sensors?)

Also, my DX is OBD3(2000) and the intake manifold i'd be getting would most likely be an OBD2(96-98), is there any problems with this setup? Sensors?

Which AEM CAI would I use? The 96-98 one, or the 99-00 one? I know the 99-00 has a hole for an extra sensor so im especially concerned about the sensor issue.
