Installing Hasport mount in Ek?

I bought the ekstk for my b18c swap but I want to know how hard is it to put them on and does it require a torque wrench?Newbie

just take the oem mounts off and replace them with the hasport mounts. they are simply take off and put on. and yes use i torque wrench to torque them to spec.
