I'm At a loss!! Car severly vibrates on corners and bumps!
Hello-
I have a H23 powered 95 Acura Integra GSR.
Ever since I got the car back from the engine swap (the old one hydrolocked - wasent me) Whenever I would go over a bump quick enough or when id turn a corner sharp enough - the car will vibrate intensely. its like you were pistoning your hand under the tire and it was bouncing up and down Its intensely annoying, and frankly, frightening.
I am attempting to move to seattle and I will be packing all of my wordly possessions into this car so I am needing it to be in tiptop shape.
My mechanic has replaced the axles, and the halfshafts
He is stumped - all wheel joints and bearings seem to be tight and in good repair.
Does anyone have any idea?? your input would be very appreciated, as I was hoping to leave by tuesday, but that does not seem like it is going transpire.
Thanks for your time.

My guess would of been that your axles are binding but you siad your mechanic replaced the axles.
What axles, and halfshafts are you using?
I don't know if it would work but if you have adjustable suspension, change your ride height.
Hopefully someone comes up with an answer so you can move.

Before you do anything, state what axles and half shaft you are using and what you have used. You do not have to replace your tranny. Don't take it to some regular mechanic cause he might not know what axle combinations are available.

Found out what was causing the problem - They are the wrong axles for the swap, If anyone is doing an engine swap, get the custom axles made! it is worth it!
