im buying a h22 swaped civic and....
im buying a 95 civic SI hatch with h22 swap. The swap was done by a reputable shop. Its 00 h22 with act clutch/flywheel, all new axels belts, new tranny, upgraded 2 core radiator, external fan, basic I/h/e bolt ons. The car's swap is only 2 weeks old guy lost job so he has to sell it as soon as he got it.....i live 800 miles from the car....are those big motors in those cars okay for a long distance trip like that? I mean if all was done right...do i have somethign ato worry about about driving it far? who knows let me know

What's the difference if the H22A was in the Prelude still? Would it not be good to drive the Prelude over 800 miles? Makes no sense. FYI, I drove my car from Nor Cal to So Cal, and back the next day (business chit) and that's exactly 500 miles each way. No problems, nothing. Only problem is sitting in the damn car for 7 hours straight driving 90mph all the way .

They usually break when you are taking off or launching, not while you are just driving, and they don't break so often that you need to worry about driving it!
