Default Ignition timing adjusting connector?

OK, while I was doing the wiring changes at the ECU for a DX-ZC swap. this wire got pulled out of it's pin. It's in spot B20. I couldn't get the pin out. Does anybody know what this controls?

OK, so there is a conector you have to jump when checking your timing. could this be it?

thank you. Also, what is the easiest way to remove the pins from the connectors? I had a hard time and couldn't get it out.

use a paper clip to get them out. Shove it in on top of the wire and then once its in, pull the wire out. If the wire doesn't come right out, you need to put the paper clip in further.
