Default Idle Surge Problem on my H22 EG---please help!!!!

OK, pics are courtesy of fastwannbe...

{{{{{{{IMAGE IS SMALL BUT I'M SURE WE CAN ALL RESIZE TO READ CAPTION, THX...AS I AM AT WORK AND NOT AVAILABLE TO EDIT PICS}}}}}}}}

I tried to copy as much but i am still surging...here are the pics with what i have.

Only thing different with my car is that it is a VX so i have the EGR there, but no connected with a vacum to the IM....still throws a CEL 12 though.

The lst pic is what i recently did, as i did have the egr vacum plugged up to IM prior to last week

Seriously sounds like a wiring problem to me. And if your EGR is plugged in and you are still getting a code then obviously something isnt right..

You have the EGR lift valve solenoid hooked up and wired up? Code 12 is just saying that the EGR lift vavle is not the same opening as what the ECU wants it to be.
