You MUST use a 99-00 Civic engine harness, no other harness will work. Depending on which harness you use, you will have to extend a few wires for some sensors, possible IACV rewire, just minor things. You can use the distributor on the motor if it came with one, if not you should get an OBD2 Integra nonVTEC distributor, the Civic distributors (B + D series) will not work.

the 99 plug is different from the 98 so the dizzy won't plug into the 99 harness can i just repin it? and what about the extra wire on the dizzy? the integra dizzy has one more wire what do i do with that since the 99 harness has one less?

That is because the 99 Civic harness is OBD2B and the distributor is OBD2A, but yes you can repin it.

That is the tach signal wire. In order for the tach to work you will need to wire it up.

Yes it does have a tach wire but it's not at the distributor, OBD2B cars lack the tach output in the distributor, that's why the distributor has an extra wire and the harness lacks it.

You'll need an OBD2B to OBD2A ECU adapter in order to use that ECU. You could get a 00-01 Integra ECU but then you'll run into the trouble of the immobilizer.
