i need help with people who know compressions from experience on their built gsr blocks....

Default i need help with people who know compressions from experience on their built gsr blocks....

i need to know what the compression will be (from experience) on a gsr bottom end w/jdm itr piston on a b16 head?,gsr bottom with jdm p30 pistons on a b16 head? and gsr bottom w/ctr pistons on a b16 head?(all pistons are standard size).i already checked the calculators but from shops and compression tests the numbers are way different....help......

Very few of us have GSR bottom ends. Did you try the Hybrid or All Motor forum?

compression tester vary from model to mode, and things liek the port job and cams also effect compression test results too.
if the calculators vary a lot go ahead and dig up teh vaolume calculations from an old feometry text or from a geometry web site on teh internet and calculate the compression yourself.

edit: nevermind...

So what was your compression test result? Stcck ITR's have seen like from 240 psi to 170, depending on the tester and exact method used.
