Default how this price sound for a 92hybrid hatch?????

92 si hatch with either a 99 or 2000 b16 and tranny with 45K on the motor. body is in good shape, original wheels and full interior. I personally know the builder and he assures me the car is solid and the motor has those actual miles on it. he is offering it for 5grand. How does this sound to everyone???

update, afterchecking the car out alittle more, discovered, AC was left out in the swap and that something that would be important to the owner. Also, front quarter needs some paint. How does that sound????
