How to Fix the secondary Vtec
my secondary vtec is not opening at all and how would i remedy the situation lickedy split? Also how do i check the throttle position?

There is no secondary VTEC. There are the secondary butterflies that open up on the intake manifold at 5750 rpm. How are things setup there?

Check the wiring to the IAB solenoid. It's located under the intake manifold and looks like a black box with a plug. Check that and go from there. If your car is a 92-95 then the positive wire goes to A17 at the ecu, if you have a 96+98 you have to run it to A26 at the ecu.

yeah doesnt that depend on what ecu your useing and what obd engine your useing
cause i have a obd2 engine with and ob1 gsr p72
and everyone has diffrent ways on how to do it i just want a str8 answer

Yes, OBDI uses A17 at the OBDI ecu,
OBDII uses A26 at the OBDII ecu.
The wiring depends on the ecu not the motor.
