h22 has a knocksensor and p13 looks for it but i'm sure your eg wiring harness doesn't have any wires for knock sensor. so i doubt anyone hooked it up and that's ur problem. same thing with egr, there's no wiring in the eg for egr. accord fuel rail bolts up to h22 fine, so that's not a problem. Get a p28 that's chipped with a basemap for an h22 like someone else suggested and you should be golden.

You're getting code 12 because you're not wired for EGR, and from what I remember, it's very difficult if not impossible to fake the signal relilably enough to avoid the code. This CEL does not affect engine performance and I don't think you're losing power because of it. As a sidenote, the ECU will not allow for exhaust gas recirculation at WOT or any significant engine load for that matter.
I had blocked off my EGR by cutting a piece of sheetmetal to fit on top of the EGR port. A quick test drive showed that exhaust pressure made it rattle and sound like a diesel truck.. this was fixed by leaving the sheetmetal there and reinstalling the EGR valve on top for ridgidity (plus gasket material). I remember that KMS also made a bolt-on plate but it was about 100 times more expensive than the solution above.
