Default HOW TO 95 H22a power steering in eg

Well, i got bored one day, and started messing around with the car. I decided that id like PS back, so i got out the h22a power steering stuff out.

After screwing around some more it looked like I needed to shave some of the engine bay to get the ps pump to fit. So i shaved some of it down. (wasnt too much)

Then i saw that something was hitting the front still. The return of the ps pump was in the way, so i decided to cut it in half.

Great! Now everyting fits. Now for the PS line. Well it didnt completly cooperate, so i had to get out the die grinder. I had to grind quite i bit out of the ps pump so that the stock line would fit. It was aluminum so it wasnt that bad.

Well, i got it all bolted on. I took out the ps reservoir out a while ago and tried to put the OEM lines back but i couldnt. So i went out and bought some new lines. Zip tied the lines up and bleed out the system and everything worked out great.

I thinks thats it. Ill edit if i forgot something

Looks like you used the 95 H22 pump & bracket. If you used the 97 pump & bracket, it's smaller and gives you more clearance so you wouldn't have had to grinded it down. We did that on one of our cars and it clears w/out any problems in a 94 coupe. Otherwise, looks good.

I did the same thing in my h22 del sol, but a little different I welded the front part of the prelude p/s line to the del sol one:

Was just gonna say the same thing. I used a 97 PS pump and stock B18B PS line (95 Lude main PS line was like $400 CDN at the dealer ) and it worked great! The belt is close to the frame but with the HCP poly bushings, engine pretty much doesn't move .... good job though!
