Hey guys I need som help....please
I got the moor in the car and everything seems to be running good but I got a check engine light. I am throwing the code 14, which is the IAC (Idle Air Control). The car is a 96 civc hb with a 98 B18B. the way I wired it up and I made the 3 wire plug into a two wire plug eliminating the orange wire, only using the other 2 wires. What should I have doe....please help

Try the obvious - your wiring. (I bet the problem is your wiring) Try playing with your configuration, and resetting the ECU everytime you change it. I'm sure the problem lies there...

man, i feel for ya. i fried out a circuit in my ecu when i was messing with my faulty iac valve. i replaced the valve, and had to get locash to fix my computer. my best advice would be to swap in another ecu just to make sure its not the problem...

The blue/ black wire is from the ecu, yellow/ black will need a 12v switch source, you'll need to supply that. Ditch the orange wire. Should be okay...

i kept everything obd1 so i only had 2 wires to begin with, and i'm pretty sure neither of them were orange. leave that one off, and if that doesn't do it (sounds like it didn't) then i'de seriously plug in another computer. my computer was fine when i first got it, but i think it must be easy to fry part of that circuit in the ecu. the curcuit must not be fused, i don't know how i could have messed up my ecu otherwise. if it does turn out to be the computer, i'de seriously contact joe from locash, he should know exactly what to do with it...
