I have a 2000 Honda civic EX I'm putting putting a b20b swap in it what can I do to make sure it will pass emissions and how can I make the EVAP system work with it

a b20 will never pass the visual unless something's changed in the last few years

What state are you in? Emissions are different depending on where you live.
