Default help! h22 swap jumpy tach!

I've had an h22 in my integra for about 2 months now, and this problem started about 1 month ago, the problem started out that the engine wouldn't rev above 6500 rpm and the tach would bounce, so I had it datalogged and the guy said around 6500 rpm the rpms read 0 not only on the tach but on his lap top and the ecu of the car. Now the problem has gotten really bad, the tach will jump everywhere above 2000 rpms, bounce to like 9000 rpm and everywhere inbetween, when it does this the car doesn't bog at all but slightly misfires, what I find odd is that I can rev it fine in neutral to 6000 rpms and down again with no problems and no jumpy tach, but if I'm in gear everytime it will bounce like crazy. If anyone could offer some help that would be great. Here's some info.
Using a p13 ecu, replaced, spark plugs, wires, cap/rotor, coil/ignitor, and tested all the wires for connectivity to make sure they wern't corroded and they seamed ok. The problem seams to be worse as the rpms go farther up, like somewhere spark is trying to jump a gap. Thanks for any input and advice!

Bump, cmon no one has any help to offer? This morning I took the entire distributor apart and looked at and tested everything and everything looked fine and came out ok, so I'm not sure it's a dizzy problem? Anyone know what else it could be?
