HELP!!! Engine missing at 4000 after swap
I just barelly got back from another shake down run after swapping in a 95 GSR into my 93 civic Si. Everything was going ok at first but I did notice a slight miss above 3000 rpm, when I gave it some more it really began to studer at 4000 rpm. I kept driving in the lower rpm range and the studdering or missing started to get worse. It started to stall everytime I came to a stop, although it did start up right away but was a bitch to get the car rolling again. It even started studdering in the lower rpm range and I was barely able to get it home. My question is what the hell do you guys think it is, where should I start? I just recently replaced the ignitor with a known good one, the ecu works perfectly in my bros car and I just installed a new coil. I dont think that it is the fuel system because the A/F seemed ok. Help me please!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: HELP!!! Engine missing at 4000 after swap (NitrousB.I.G.)
I just checked the TPS and the MAP connectors and they are in the right spot. The thing that is really stumping me is the fact that it got worse the more i drove it. Could the ignitor be doing this? I had to replace the ignitor and replaced it with the one from my old motor (which was working before the swap). I definatly think that it has to be something to do with the ignition because it was making a popping noise when it was missing.
