i have a 1995 ls motor [non vtec for now] and i was wondering which type of vtec head would be the best for my car to get maximum performance out of it and why .. i was thinkin b18c but any other suggestions would help me out..

and by the way i want to run NA for now..

oh and another thing.. what would be some good internal set ups for the vtec head you choosed..

 

b16 or b18c r head ftw!

I think he answered your question. Or instead of wasting your money to make it Ls/Vtec and gain 30 hp spend your money on a turbo set up and gain 100.

you shouldnt need any more ideas, either b16 or b18c1 head, the b16 will lower compression a hair and will be better flowing than the b18c1 head.
