Default Help! Code 13, JDM H22A Civic

I just swapped a JDM H22 into my 92 Civic DX. The first time I started up the car was with the stock P06 ecu and i let it run for a couple minutes, no codes. Later on I started it with the JDM P13, and got a code 21. I reset the ECU and that code was gone. I started the car up again with the P13 and now I have code 13. What could cause this and what are the steps to fix it? Please keep in mind the car has never been driven yet with this motor. Also I triple checked the wiring to the ECU and it is fine. If you need anymore info let me know. Thanks.

barometric pressure sensor. to fix it you typically replace the ecu since it is IN the ecu.

You sure you checked the wiring right? plug the po6 in and see if you get the same codes (minus vtec, egr, knock)

the barometric pressure sensor is the one that is inside the ecu, its a little black bos looking thing sticking up in one corner if it is a usdm ecu, if it is jdm it is a little card with some stuff on it in the same spot. if that sensor is bad the way to replace it is desolder it, and solder a good one in, however that usually means destroying a second ecu.
least that is what i have always read.

I plugged up some vacuum lines that were unhooked and the code 13 went away with the stock P06. I am going to try the P13 in a little bit and see what that does.
