ECU Code?

I just wanted to know what is the code for a 93 h22a1 motor. My cousin has it in his car. The ecu say p13. But it redlines at 6500. Isn't it supposed to be 7500?

yep its a p13
his ecu is in limp mode
you need to find out what codes its throwing and fix the problems.
