Hey whats up ppl's i've got a problem with my motor.. im in the process of getting my swap to work and at first i have no oil pressure.....then a new oil pump was put in and little oil pressure i mean like tiny bit.....the bearings....crank everything seems to be fine//... anyone have any ideas on why the motor has close to no oil pressure?????? btw oil is getting to the head somehow...??? also the oil pressure switch was also replaced......someone gimmme some ideas please..... i would really appreciate it

Oil pan banged outword? Replaced oil pump and no pressure? Do you have a catch-can. Have you replaced PCV valve - well, that wouldn't really help at all.

*bump then* - cause I am stumped...

i have replaced the oil pump and there is only like a little bit of oil pressure but nothing within regular range...help....

there are some minor seals around the head area that should be replaced, such as the oil restrictor between the head and block,

how do you know that there is no oil pressure?

have you measured it with a gauge?

the block was check with a oil pressure guage and after replacing oil pump and switch it went to 3 psi.... well the block was taken apart everything checked and fine but nothing pin pointed im hoping its a clogged oil squirter because the block has good flow and nothing is clogged in the oil galleries
