Default Head gasket choices

I'm in the process of doing an H23a head swap onto my F22a block. The only question that I am really running into right now is what head gasket should I use? I have been doing a bit of looking around and it seems that the F23 head gasket is what a lot of people recommend, but if the overall displacement of the H23 and F23 engines are the same, won't the gaskets line up almost the same? Any info would be much appreciated, I want to use the best possible setup. Thanks everyone.
