Hasport Instructions

Does anyone have the hasport mount instructions for the EKH1 mounts? I let a friend borrow mine and he lost them. You can download instructions for the K series swap into a 97-00 civic, but I am not shure if it is the same or not.

I know that someone arond here has used them and has a scanner. I just guess no one wants to help me out.
