The 89-91 b16 motors are non-obd and the 92-95 motors are obd1.

The 90-91 Integra's are OBD0, the 92-93 however are OBD1 but they still use a cable tranny. That particular swap would be a direct fit and plug and play (for the most part) for only a 92-93 Integra.
If you plan to swap it into an 88-91 Civic/CRX or 90-91 Integra, then you would need and OBD1 ECU jumper harness and do some extra wiring, or convert back to OBD0 which would make buying that swap kind of pointless. If you plan to install it into a 92+ Civi then you would need the HASport EG hydro to cable conversion or ditch the cable tranny for a 94+ hydro B series one.

b16 into a teg? Did you blow your motor, or is your current motor just too fast for you?
