Default H2B Baffled sump/oil pan

hi

whats pepole experince with using baffled sump on a h2b civic, from what i hear the engine will sit at an angle.

the only company taht i found that sell baffled sump/oil pan for h22 is moroso but i hear alot of negatives about it. Ive heard the moroso baffled sump is only good for drag racing and not for road/street use hard cornering as it does not keep the oil were it supposed to be and oem is better.

anyone got an recommendations, i dont have the experince to make one myself and hard to get one made here in the UK

thanks

in for info as well. I have seen a few modded pans. Don't remember if they were b-series or k-series.

something custom would have to be built for optimal positioning since engine orientation is quite a bit different than stock. Something that takes into account the lean angle.

In the summer i seen a thread where kaizenspeed tried to gauge interest in such a pan but i guess it fell through. I'd like to see something as well.

there's mild mention of the possibility that Kevin Johnson may be interested in developing a pan for the H2B - towards the bottom of the thread.

I suppose like all things in this industry, volume will speak loudly -that or you are willing to pay for a one off design....

damn. I can't find it either. What are you looking for specifically? I have an h2b oil pan.

my first thought was to do an accusump setup. then i saw kaizenspeeds pan. i like how you gain some ground clearance. i do not know much else about the pan.

accusump only holds pressure created from your oil pump. If you lose your oil pump the accusump will supply the oil it has stored to your engine. the kaizenspeed pan has a flat bottom so oil pickup is used at its fullest. I got the h2b pan without the rear mounted pickup for road racing. I will be using the stock pickup which is almost in the middle. I will be doing some baffling to the pan soon. The pan also comes with a new marked dipstick, hardware and a small gasket for one of the ends.
