Default Help with Decisions and Questions...

A few years ago I installed a 96 JDM B18C Type R into my 91 Rex. Ran it for a year and then it has been sitting and now I'm ready to resurrect this beast. I've been doing extensive research on what is needed to get this JDM to be bar'd.

First of all is to replace the intake manifold. Now I need help deciding what IM to go with. OEM is $402 and the Skunk2 (which is now CARB legal) is $300. What is the difference in performancewise? What would you choose and why? Pros and Cons if you have experience with both.

For everything else (knock sensor, O2 sensor, VTEC oil pressure, and others) I know what to do...

Now, I have a question about fuel pumps. I installed a Walbro 255 fuel pump during the installation of the motor and was wondering if this will affect the smog readings. I only have stock injectors on. I'm thinking that the pump can pump all it wants but since the injectors can only handle so much, the same amount of fuel will be released regardless of a stock or Walbro pump. Does this sound right?

Thanks in advance.
