Default h22a question for swap

I'm almost finished with my 6thgen accord/h22 swap. I need some info on the jdm h22. I converted tranny from auto to 5 speed without a hitch. But I have found 2 hydraulic lines in the back of h22 transmission. I suspect they are tran fluid cooler lines, but on a manual???!!! I know the auto trans have atf cooler lines, but this was a first for me. My resource atlocal honda dealer couldn't find me an answer because it's a japan motor. So, callin out to anyone with an h22a!!!

It is for the power steering on the VSS. Loop them.

Edited for a confusing spelling mistake.

pwr steering lines on back of tranny? I refuse to say you're wrong because I have no idea. Are we talking about the same lines? Because the steering lines are hooked up...The lines I am referring to are on passenger side, coming from transmission. I repeat, not saying you're wrong, just trying to be sure.

I'll buy that, it makes good sense. Now do automatic cars have that? I didn't have those lines on stock tranny is why I ask, and I have nothing to run the lines to that I can see. Can you specify what you mean by "loom it"? What would happen if say, I were to plug them? Thanks for the help guys.
