H22a Question? LOw IDle, Code 12 EGR
Well it idles very low and has a EGR code(#12)but i hooked up the egr system? The idle screw has been adjusted.
*On the 2 plug egr sensor for the VSV there are two wires, the sensor voltage wire from the ecu A25 gets hooked up to which color on the EGR VSV. And the other wire gets hooked up to A11. How about a diagram of how the vacuum lines are run maybe mine are reversed??
*EGR lift sensor – sensor voltage (A25 pinout), ground (D22 pinout) & ECU sensor signal to D12

Re: H22a Question? LOw IDle, Code 12 EGR (crxhybrid1320)
I figured out the problem the hose fron the egr solenoid to the egr was hooked up wrong it would run good untill the egr was activated it caused vacuum to go to the egr but when the egr would not be activated the vacuum from the egr was trapped and could not be released. So pretty much the egr was always on after it was activated. I just disconnected it for now and runs good.
The vacuum lines run from the intake manifold to the cvc, out to the solonoid then from the solonid to the egr when activated. BUt there are three ports on the solonid what is the third port for???
