Default EGR causes rough fast idle

Hey guys,

I just did a 93 Accord H22a swap with a P13 Ecu.
We went through the wiring process, dropped the engine and started it. The H22a ran on fast idle (1500 to 2000 rpm very smoothly), but the Ecu threw a H2Os heater code. so we switch the A6 and A11 pin like told in my swap manual (we forgot to read this line before )

Since, I have a rough fast idle, I think I can hear the Egr working.

Ok, heres my question: All sensors are plugged in EXCEPT for the O2 sensor. because my header inst shipped yet and the JDM one doesnt have any down pipe. When I<ll plug the O2 sensor, will it help the Egr problem ?

Thanks a lot...

The EGR valve shouldn't open at idle. Try disconecting the vacuum line to see if it runs smoother.
