h22a into 97 accord
Doing a swap this week on a 97 accord dx 5spd. Putting in a jdm h22a obd1. Ive searched like crazy and havent found all the info I am looking for. Any help would be nice
I read I can use a 92-95 prelude drivers side mount and grind it down. Could I use innovative mounts and still use the accord axles and trans?
I assume I reuse the accord fuel rail with no mods to fuel line?
Any body have pics of the wiring for the intake butterfly, vtec? LIke pinout and how they routed it?
Rewiring the dizzy since this car has the crank sensor on the oil pump and external coil?
All help is greatly appreciated. thanks

Re: h22a into 97 accord
use the jdm h22a fuel rail, your original fuel hose will fit great. use a 92 96 prelude drivers side mount and grind it down a tad so it will slide into the pocket.
dist wiring is simple just use your test light and volt meter and take a peek at the FSM.
forget the intake butterfly, just left the hose off and they will stay open. This is the lazy way which is ok, you will lose about 2hp down low in rpms, thats about it, nothing noticeable.
