H22A with F22B tranny (M2J5)
Just found out my H22A is linked to an M2J5 transmission from an F22B. Everything is working fine. Does anyone know if this will cause any problems or if this is bad in any way?

Re: H22A with F22B tranny (H22 EH!)
h and f series trannies are interchangable same ****.. Only the grearing is differnt.
f series have longer gear ratio's ( think high top speed )
H series have shorter gear ratio's ( think Quick Accel )
h23 though being the middle man in the group. it's Ratio's are inbetween that of the h22a and the f22a.
h23 and h22 have the same final drive and 1st grear. 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th are changed slightly. YOu can't tell the difference between a h23 tranny or a h22a tranny, but you will feel a difference if you drive a h22a w/ h22a tranny then drive a h22a w/ f22a tranny
