h22a ej and vibration problem.
Car: 93 ej, stock height, stock suspension
Engine: Usdm H22a4

....and I read through all the relevant ones without any result.
My vibration problem is rather simple. It not caused by axles binding since it vibrate just as bad when I gave it gas in neutral or let off the gas while the car still moving. The vibration is not as bad at idle, but as soon as I give it a little gas, the whole car rattle loudly, it seems like the vibration is there through all range of rpm.
I bought these mounts from ebay as a compulsive buy and that was totally dumb of me.
I’m leaning toward the quality of the mount as the cause of the vibration. But before I spend more money replacing the mounts, I want to rule out all the other facts.
1. I’m running stock, which is 97+, rear bracket, even though it fit but it took some creativity do so….would a 92-96 rear bracket solve this problem?
2. Would the absent of balancing shaft cause this problem? I haven’t check since I haven’t got a lightest idea where it would be.
3. If you can think of anything else please feel free to chime in.

I doubt your mounts are causing it since the better aftermarket mounts that use polyurethane bushings transfer most of the motor vibration to the chassis too. If you don't have your balance shafts, or the belt is cut, that could be it. The balance shafts are in the bottom of the motor on either side of the crank (look at the driver's side of the motor by the crank pully).

so basically we have the same set up except for the rear bracket, I"ll look into that since that's seem to be the only factor.
