Default h22 transmission fluid

*SEARCHED ALREADY*

Hoping someone has pictures on how to replace transmission fluid in h22a. My 3rd gear is grinding when shifted at high RPMs.. I think I will be trying some GM Synchromesh, any help would be great.

Thank You
Anthony

Save your self the money the GM Synchromesh more than likely isn't going to help the grind. H22 trannys are notorious for high rpm grinds regular old honda mtf is just fine for a fluid change. just my 2 cents

Bah, honda mtf isnt all that great. I had a nasty 3rd and 5th gear grind (was running the honda brand mtf). Replaced the honda stuff with some redline and voila! No more grind in 5th and just a lil teeny grind in third but thats only at high rpm shifting. Normal daily driving there are no grinds whatsoever.

Redline all the way!!!
