h22 Idle problem

Default h22 Idle problem

I have a problem with a surging Idle with my H22a,I thought that it might be the Iac valve but I switched it out and it wasn't I have cat street cams, I thought it might be them but it surges from 900 to 1600 didnt Know if it was normal, appreciate any feedback.

i dunno about the cams but it soulds like you have a vaccuum leak somewhere. check all your hoses.

After checking for the obvious (vacuum leaks and disconnected connectors) check your fast idle valve. I had a similar problem with mine one time and I just tightened my fast idle valve down and it did the trick.

The fast idle valve is connected to the tb. Easiest way to do it is just remove the tb and then remove the little plate covering the valve. Take a straight slot screw driver and screw the notched ring down.
