Default Idle Problem.. Please Help

Hey, what's up to everyone.. I'm new to this site. I have an h22a1 in an EG and im having problems with my idle. It likes to sit at 1500 and rev up and down like every half second. Its revving like maybe 400 rpm.. just installed JUN cams and head internals.. I thought that maybe the problem was the Idle Controll Valve from what ive been reading on this site but I checked it and its firm in there.. any help on what he problem may be? Much appreciated

There is a cold idle valve and a fast idle valve i believe, are you running the coolant hoses through your TB and IAC?

Whats the duration on these cams??? Are you using factory ecu ect? You might find that with the aftermarket cams you are going to have to increase the factory idle with a hondata or somthing

i should have been more clear.. i can get it to idle if i rip on the gas and the engine slows down on its own... but when i lightly touch the gas the cams will want to stay at 1500 and rev like 400 rpms every half-second..... and nope, stock flywhell, JUN soon though.... H22A
