H22 del Sol suspension setups
Well I did a search in the Hybrid section for something on this and the closest I could come up with was suggestions on what to do with an EG. Now, I realize that my del Sol is pretty much the same thing, but I am thinking that the del Sol is going to need a bit different suspension setup with the unibody being a little less rigid and such.
So, I am wondering if anyone can give me any suggestions as to what to do with my car. I now that lowering it too much will put the axles through hell (or so I hear) and that I'll bottom out all the time. I was thinking of getting the Skunk2 coilovers, or maybe just some regular lowering springs (probably Goldline since I love their springs) since I am NOT going to be taking this car to autocross events, the only track time that this car is going to see is at the drag strip.
So what springs/coilovers would be ideal for an H22 del Sol?

The only other question I have about this is how low can I go? I know that the Skunk2's will lower the car 3 inches at the most, but will going that low (and I would if I could) wreak havoc on my axles?

i also have skunk 2 coilovers(for integras, stiffer spring rate) on my 92 cx with an h22. i'm slammed about 3 inches all around. i havent had any kind of binding issues at all. i'm using 93 accord imtermediate shaft with 91 non abs axles. as for how low you go is up to what setup you have and how low you want it. If it binds then raise it up a little. i'll post some pics up tomorrow of my hatch and you decide if it low enough

I have GC's currently, and slammed 3" in all around and never had any binding/axle issues either.
I've also launched on slicks at the track being slammed even more (with my front RS lip being less than a finger from the ground), and still no binding or any issues.

Want a cookie? Lol, just playin'. Get the GC's 'cause that's what I have.
