Default GSR into 88 CRX SI: Need help on a couple last things

So I got most everything hooked up but it started raining, so I snapped a few pics of what I was havin some trouble with:

-There's a nipple connector, what connects here?

-I have 1 extra plug on my CRX Harness right in the same area, where does it go?

-And there's an extra plug input on the backside of the engie, what goes here?

I tried searching but I've about had my fill of reading through unhelpful posts.
This is what I could come up with:
-The nipple connector is for the fan switch maybe?
-Extra plug= IDK
-Plug-in is for the OBD1 Backup switch?

I looked at my old engine wiring harness (this engine was previously installed in another CRX) but it was on a 89DX and this is a 88SI, the wirings different.

I figure tommorow I'll just hook the old harness up, and check whats on it and not on my 88 harness, and take it out of the old harness and pin it in to the 88 harness, but I figured I'd toss somethin up here in the mean time, in case I've got everything terribly wrong.

I don't know what they all are, but I never had a problem with any of those missing......

The last one looks like the obd0 O2 sensor.

Thanks alot man, I appreciate you helpin me.
Your right about both of those things, and the 3rd is the o2 plug.
I figured it out the other day on my own, just took forever.
You'll be happy to know the engine's up and running, thanks to CRXBart.
Thanks again man
