Default good buy or not?

I am about to buy a Red 1991 Civic Si Hatchback with the following mods:

B18B LS block
B16A Head with Vtec
YR1 tranny (GSR)
CTR pistons
Crower Rods
12:1 C/R
Skunk2 short shifter
Skunk2 Coilovers
ACT clutch
Jun Flywheel
AEM intake
Greddy Exhaust
Spoon SW388 15 inch rims
Royal Purple oil change every 2500 miles
car has 140K
Engine has 10K
Engine was built in July of 02 by Basz Racing (reputable H&A tuning house)

for $5000

should I get it?? if I do I am gonna do alot more to the car than what is listed

Thats quite a bit of compression on stock sleeves, but i wouldnt worry a ton just dont over rev
