Default Going b-series for 1500$?

Ok I have a 98 ex with the boring stock Y8 in it. I want to go b-series but I'm on a budget. Can anyone tell me if it's possible to do this? What i mean by that is there anyone out there who has done a bswap for 1500$? Or under?

That's a broad question... but generally speaking if you buy used parts like mounts, exhaust, shifter, ecu, etc. you can probably come in under $500 for that stuff. $1000 leftover for a motor/trans might be tight but if you're sticking with a B18/B20 you should be fine. If you're looking towards B16/B18C then your $1500 will be spent very quickly.
