i don't know how many lph they are good for, but they can handle a lot more than a stock H.

nope, i know from experience that you can run rich as hell with an H22 on those stock lines.

thank you sir help is greatly appreciated... reason I asked is cause I was ready a build up and they mentione stock fuel systems need to be upgraded completly when more fuel delivery is needed... I guess I will stick with a fuel filter and red lines to dress it up....

right now i'm running a stock civic dx fuel pump, stock lines, inline fuel filter (fittings didn't match up during my swap since whoever pulled the motor cut the line from the fuel rail to the filter), stock H fuel rail, and 345 cc stock injectors. The only aftermarket piece I have on my fuel system is a b&m fpr, which I did need to crank up the fuel pressure about 10 psi to get to 40 at wot. If anything I'm running slightly rich right now, but the motor runs well.

yeah, the b&m fuel pressure regulator is designed to replace half of the stock unit. it really just gives it a stiffer spring and the ability to raise your fuel pressure. the stock fuel pump only gave me about 29 psi of pressure at wot (make sure you pull the vacuum line off the fpr to simulate wot), so I had to crank it up to around 40. 4th gen h22's (345cc injectors) are supposed to have 35-42 psi @ wot and 5th gen motors (290 cc injectors) should run 45-50 psi.

unless you have a motor that demands allot of fuel there is no need to replace the factory hardlines. Aftermarket fuel pump, FPR and injectors are a more common upgrade/requirement.

the rail won't do **** for ya. If you get a new fpr make sure you get a fuel psi gauge so you can make sure its set after the install. Fuel filters can get clogged easily from bad fuel or particles in your tank so I would suggest changing them often.
