Re: the freakin crankshaft pully wont come off
If you know someone with air tools you can have the person break it loose and put it back on for you. It should not be siezed up by the time you get it back home. Thats what I had to do once. Good luck. The crank pulley has keep me from getting things done numerous times. Even when I slid a 4 foot cheater pipe onto a breaker bar.

you don't need air tools, all you need is this: http://www.thetoolwarehouse.net/shop/SP-60100.html , raise car to the max floor jack will allow, 3 ft cheater bar, and some good ol' fashion MUSCLE.

The previous post shows the tool you need. You can also go the ghetto way and take the starter out and hold the fly wheel with a pry bar. I would recommend the tool posted above.

Get a torch (you can buy the kit from a hardware store for $20 and put it to the pulley until it turns red if you have air tools it will come right off. If you dont there is a special tool that you need.
