first swap is almost finished now i need your help
Hey i baught my car as a theft recovery and the motor was stolen and the ***** cut the plugs off out of the firewall ..i got another plug and soldered most of the wires as as they were the same colours but now i have a problem ..i have some duplicat colours ...
heres what i got
on the cars harness side i have
2 yellow/green
2 black/yellow
2 blue
on the plug im attaching i have
2 yellow/green
2 black/yellow
1 blue
are both yellow/green wires the same values so are they interchangeable
same question as above with the black/yellow wires
and my cars harness has 1 more blue are bothe blue wires the same in which case i hook 1 up to my plug

You tach not working is no doubt caused by one of the blue wires, as to which one I can't say without seeing a pic of the plug. The tach signal is sent from the distributor to one of the driver's side shock tower plugs (blue wire). From there it junctions and goes into the cabin to the cluster.
